
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Effective January 20th 2023
Due to a high no call/no show rate, a $35 reservation fee is required to reserve an appointment for those that have missed appointments with us in the past and failed to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This reservation fee will be applied to the invoice for the next booked appointment. The credit will remain on your account if you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. This $35 fee is forfeited if you are a no call no show for the appointment, or reschedule or cancel the appointment less than 24 hours in advance. Payment for the entire medical plan is required when services are rendered.

Cash or Debit and Credit cards
(Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover)

We also accept Kentucky Humane Society Vouchers (please visit their website to apply) & Shamrock Vouchers. These vouchers MUST be with you at the time of your appointment.

SURGICAL APPOINTMENTS:
We require a surgical consultation/exam prior to the day of surgery to establish a relationship with you and your pet, and to ensure your pet is healthy for the procedure.

After this visit, the Doctor will provide an estimate of services for the procedure. Your pet's surgical appointment will be booked the day of the consultation, or one of our team members will call you to book. Your consultation day is NOT the day of the procedure.

SURGERY CANCELLATION POLICY:
A $50 reservation fee is required PER PET to book a surgery appointment for those that have missed appointments or surgical appointments with us in the past and failed to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
This reservation fee will be applied to the invoice for the next booked appointment. The credit will remain on your account if you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance.
